Jacob wins the battle of the Americans, claims the women’s Skeet Junior title

In a final where three out of six participants were bearing the United States’ flag, Katharina Monika Jacob emerged as the Skeet Women Junior World Champion, as she also set a new Junior World Record. Her teammates Austen Jewell Smith and Samantha Simonton respectively took Silver and Bronze.

Katharina Monika Jacob puts the United States on the map of the Junior World Cup

A third consecutive Junior World Record was signed in Porpetto, as Katharina Monika Jacob ruled the women’s Skeet event at the ISSF Junior World Cup. Chinese 18-year-old Che Yufei finished in 2nd place followed by first-time participant Lea Richard of France.
